You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on Notebooklm Podcast, including text, graphics, logos, and audio clips, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Subscription and Service Changes

Existing subscribers will maintain their current pricing. However, the content and features within the same subscription tier may be adjusted as needed. Any such changes will take effect upon subscription renewal.

Voice content ownership remains with the original uploaders. If a voice contributor requests removal of their voice, we will discontinue the use of that voice. We strive to maintain a consistent number of available voices to ensure service quality.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
